Qassim: The Qassim Health Cluster has launched a health awareness campaign focused on the early detection of diabetes and high cholesterol across the region as part of its broader effort to promote preventive health and enhance the community's quality of life.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the campaign aims to identify these conditions early, allowing prompt therapeutic intervention and better management of blood sugar and lipid levels. This, in turn, significantly reduces the risk of long-term complications such as heart, kidney, and eye diseases.
The campaign, which has received widespread community support, aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to provide comprehensive healthcare and empower the public to adopt healthy, sustainable lifestyles.
