Doha: Public Security is participating in the Ministry of Interior's pavilion at the security exhibition held alongside the joint military exercise for security agencies of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Arabian Gulf Security 4, hosted by Qatar from January 30 to February 4 at Mall of Qatar.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Public Security is showcasing its security, organizational, and humanitarian services and efforts in serving pilgrims, as well as the latest preparations and capabilities of the Special Forces for Hajj and Umrah Security. These capabilities are reinforced with artificial intelligence technologies aimed at ensuring the safety and security of pilgrims.
Public Security is also highlighting its advanced crowd-management mechanisms at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque and their surrounding courtyards.
The Ministry of Interior's pavilion spotlights the Kingdom's efforts to combat drug smuggling at the local, regional, and international levels, as well as the use of artificial intelligence to enhance security, safety, and crowd management, while introducing the ministry's electronic services provided through the Absher platform.
