Riyadh: The Security Cooperation Committee between the Saudi and Malaysian governments held its meeting today in Riyadh, chaired by Public Security Director Lieutenant-General Mohammad bin Abdullah Al-Bassami and Malaysian Deputy Secretary-General (Security) Dato' Hj Abdul Halim bin Hj Abdul Rahman. During the meeting, both sides reviewed areas of security cooperation and discussed several topics of mutual interest, alongside exploring ways to enhance coordination mechanisms and exchange expertise, contributing to the strengthening of security work in both countries.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions aimed at bolstering the existing security ties between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. The meeting underscored the importance of sharing knowledge and best practices in security operations to address challenges faced by both nations.
