Princess Nourah University Joins IASP as Accredited Member

Riyadh: Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University has joined the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP) as an accredited member under the Science Park classification, marking it as one of the first Saudi universities to attain this global recognition.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this membership offers a platform to spotlight the pioneering and innovative projects developed by female students and researchers, while connecting them with investors and partners both within the Kingdom and globally.

Princess Nourah University is home to a healthcare and research ecosystem that includes a fully equipped university hospital and an ISO 20387-certified biobank with CTRNet connectivity. It also provides mechanisms for intellectual property registration and commercialization, along with a digital incubator and entrepreneurship center known as CODE Lab.

IASP is a global network comprising more than 350 science and innovation parks across over 80 countries. It supports collaboration among universities, research centers, and startups, with the aim of fostering innovation ecosystems worldwide.
