Madinah: The Madinah Municipality has commenced its operational plan for Ramadan 1447 AH, with the objective of enhancing service readiness and improving municipal performance efficiency for residents, visitors, and pilgrims during the holy month. The plan focuses on creating a safe and healthy environment that aligns with the needs of the community.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the operational plan involves the deployment of more than 5,700 personnel and the use of 1,234 vehicles and pieces of equipment. Key components of the plan include intensified cleaning and environmental sanitation activities, health and commercial inspection campaigns, and the monitoring of infrastructure services. These efforts aim to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of municipal services with high efficiency throughout Ramadan.
The measures put in place are specifically designed to accommodate the anticipated increase in demand for services during the holy month. The municipality is committed to maintaining service quality and ensuring that the needs of the community are met effectively during this period.
