Riyadh: The Ministry of Interior's electronic platform, Absher, facilitated a total of 43,439,206 e-transactions for its users through Absher Individuals and Absher Business during the month of July 2025.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Absher Individuals accounted for 40,650,713 of these transactions, which included a significant number of 33,387,591 document views accessed via the digital wallet feature available to citizens, residents, and visitors through the Absher app. On the other hand, Absher Business registered 2,788,493 transactions in the same period.
In terms of specific services, the General Directorate of Public Security managed to execute 3,679,429 transactions, with the majority, 3,586,290, being managed by the General Department of Traffic. Furthermore, the General Directorate of Passports processed 2,769,794 transactions, while the Agency of Civil Affairs at the Ministry of Interior handled 664,096 transactions.
Under the umbrella of public services via Absher Individuals, the platform facilitated the issuance of 146,212 reports through the Absher reports service. Additionally, 2,287 requests were made for document delivery by post, and 3,201 general fingerprint inquiries were completed, demonstrating the platform's extensive reach and utility.
