Nusuk App Redefines Hajj, Umrah Experience for over 51 Million Users Worldwide

Nusuk: Nusuk is one of the leading digital platforms dedicated to enhancing Hajj and Umrah services and facilitating the journey of pilgrims from around the world.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the app, launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, forms part of Saudi Arabia's digital transformation efforts aimed at delivering more seamless, high-quality, and well-organized services.

Nusuk was developed to unify and simplify services that were previously distributed across multiple entities. It has become a comprehensive platform bringing together regulatory, guidance, educational, and enrichment services in one place. The platform now serves more than 51 million users across over 190 countries and offers more than 130 digital services, reflecting its position as a global platform meeting the needs of millions of Muslims worldwide.

The app provides an integrated range of services beginning from the planning stage of the journey through to the completion of rituals. It enables users to issue Umrah and visit permits, manage entry to the Two Holy Mosques, and book appointments at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah. It also offers travel services, including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and integration with air and land travel bookings.

The platform further provides in-mosque and holy-site guidance through smart maps that assist navigation and track crowd movement, supporting better organization, safety, and an enhanced visitor experience. Nusuk's role also extends to educational and awareness services. It provides detailed step-by-step guidance for performing rituals, in addition to supplications, prayer times, and Qibla direction services.
