Mecca: The Nusuk application has successfully guided over 35,000 pilgrims during the first day of Eid al-Adha, as part of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's efforts to enhance crowd management efficiency at the holy sites. This initiative highlights the integration of technological solutions with operational services during the 1446 AH Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Nusuk app serves pilgrims from more than 100 countries and is available in 10 different languages to accommodate the diverse cultural backgrounds of the pilgrims. It offers over 120 digital services to facilitate the pilgrims' arrival and ease the performance of their rituals. The app is directly linked to 25 government agencies and 10 private sector entities, making it a comprehensive platform for enhancing the pilgrim experience.

During this year's Hajj season, the Ministry introduced over 30 additional services through the application, including the "Nusuk AI" service. This feature provides an interactive digital assistant that delivers awareness and guidance services and responds to pilgrims' inquiries through voice and text in several languages. This development aims to enhance communication efficiency and empower pilgrims to make informed decisions promptly.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's advanced technical interactions underscore its commitment to complete digital transformation, aligning with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. This reflects the Ministry's dedication to providing a digital, safe, and organized Hajj experience for all pilgrims.
