Kingdom’s Superiority in Hajj Crowd Management and Services Praised by International Guests

Makkah: The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit has been lauded for its exceptional planning and execution, providing comprehensive services to millions of pilgrims at the holy sites every year.

According to Saudi Press Agency, several participants of the program, which is implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, expressed their admiration for the Kingdom's ability to manage massive crowds effectively and deliver high-quality services that enhance the pilgrims' experience. The guests highlighted the Kingdom's continuous achievements in organizing the Hajj pilgrimage, a feat that captures global attention annually.

Elias Ben Abdeljalil, Director of Communications at Tunisian State Television, shared his astonishment at the sophisticated organization of the Hajj rituals, noting the seamless journey from Tunis to King Abdulaziz International Airport and the warm hospitality in Mecca. He emphasized the program's dedication to providing religious guidance and cultural enrichment through organized visits, enhancing the guests' understanding of the Kiswa and its significance.

Highlighting the infrastructure, Abdeljalil praised the Jamarat facility's design, which efficiently manages the flow of pilgrims without congestion. He acknowledged the Kingdom's expertise in crowd management, which serves as a model for global study.

Mohammed Michan, Chairman of the Scientific Council, echoed similar sentiments, describing the stoning of the Jamarat as well-organized and spiritually fulfilling. He appreciated the dedication of those working in the Hajj service sector, noting the pride in witnessing the seamless execution of services aimed at facilitating the pilgrims' spiritual journey.
