Riyadh: National Society for Human Rights (NSHR) President received British embassy human rights and justice advisor Samad Chowdhury and an accompanying embassy delegation at his office in Riyadh. The meeting was focused on enhancing cooperation and exchanging expertise in the field of human rights.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting served as a platform for the officials to review the NSHR's work and objectives, particularly its role in protecting and promoting human rights across the Kingdom. The discussions highlighted the society's key achievements since its establishment and its ongoing efforts to spread human-rights culture and address issues related to human rights.
Furthermore, several topics of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting. The visiting delegation expressed appreciation for the human-rights developments occurring in the Kingdom, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
