Riyadh: The National Housing Company (NHC) has unveiled its offerings for the 'Taraf' residential project, part of the Khuzam Destination in northern Riyadh, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop integrated urban destinations that enhance quality of life.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Taraf project offers a fully integrated residential experience in a secure, thoughtfully designed environment. It includes more than 2,000 housing units, comprising a mix of villas and townhouses, with areas ranging from 247 to 445 square meters. The homes are offered at competitive prices, creating attractive homeownership opportunities.
The project is located near Khuzam Park and features comprehensive amenities, including internal gardens, commercial and community centers, schools, and mosques. Khuzam Destination is among the largest urban developments being undertaken by NHC in northern Riyadh. It occupies a strategic location close to several major landmarks, including King Khalid International Airport, the Expo 2030 Riyadh site, King Abdulaziz Park, and King Salman Stadium.
The destination spans a total area of more than 45 million square meters to offer over 52,000 residential units, accommodating more than 281,000 residents.
