Al-ahsa: The National Housing Company (NHC) has entered into an agreement with Saleh Al-Abdullah Al-Muhanna Company for Trading and Contracting to develop 1,290 residential units in the Al-Woroud Front, located in Al-Ahsa Governorate. This project is valued at more than SAR651 million and is part of NHC’s strategic efforts to broaden housing options and improve living standards.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreement was finalized during the Cityscape Global Exhibition 2025. The focus of the project is to offer diverse housing options that align with various aspirations, thereby enhancing the development of Al-Woroud Front. This initiative is central to NHC’s urban planning in Al-Ahsa, providing essential infrastructure, and fostering an integrated community with commercial services.
Al-Woroud Front stands as a significant urban initiative by NHC, mirroring the company’s dedication to crafting a living environment that supports quality of life, sustainability, and urban cohesion. The agreement underscores NHC’s strategic move to strengthen partnerships with private sector entities, aiming to boost development in Saudi cities. This aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to increase the homeownership rate among citizens to 70%.
