London: The General Secretariat of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Committees has achieved a new milestone by winning two bronze awards at the 2025 International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) held in London, UK. The secretariat was honored in the categories of Best Business Transformation and Best Customer Experience Innovation.



According to Saudi Press Agency, these awards highlight the secretariat’s ongoing efforts to deliver advanced and innovative digital solutions that simplify litigation procedures and enable clients to communicate visually and directly with the committees with greater ease and convenience.



The recognition reflects the secretariat’s progress in enhancing the digital customer experience across the Kingdom.
