Muslim World League Strongly Condemns Horrific Targeting of Mosque in Sudan’s Al-Fashir City

Riyadh: The Muslim World League (MWL) strongly condemned the horrific targeting of a mosque in the city of Al-Fashir in the Republic of Sudan, which resulted in dozens of civilian casualties.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement issued by its General Secretariat, the MWL denounced this treacherous attack, describing it as a flagrant violation of international laws and norms, and reiterated the necessity of adhering to moral values, international laws, and the principles of the Jeddah Declaration on the protection of civilians and civilian facilities.

The MWL also reaffirmed its support for the Sudanese people and its commitment to mobilize all resources to alleviate their suffering.
