Riyadh: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance continues to implement the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift program for Iftar meals in the Republic of Sri Lanka, where it held several Iftar banquets at Islamic centres and associations in various Sri Lankan cities, benefiting over 30,000 fasting people. The program's beneficiaries expressed their appreciation and thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ministry initiated date distribution and Iftar meal programs on the ninth day of Ramadan, distributing five tons of dates.
