Makkah: The Ministry of Interior and the Haji and Mu'tamer's Gift Charitable Association (Hadiyah) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance the pilgrim experience through an array of services, programs, business initiatives, and charitable efforts. This significant event took place during the Hajj Media Hub, organized by the Ministry of Media, and held in Makkah from Dhu Al-Hijjah 5 to 8, 1446 AH.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU aims to enrich the pilgrims' experience and elevate the quality of their spiritual journey. It includes provisions for offering specialized consultations and guidance on services provided to pilgrims, facilitating access to the holy sites, and showcasing efforts through various media platforms and events.
The agreement also encompasses the implementation of community initiatives and cooperation in training and development programs to support service excellence.
