Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s Pilgrims Care Center Ready for Hajj Season Calls

Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that its Pilgrims Care Center, accessible at the number 1966, is fully prepared to receive calls. The center offers comprehensive services around the clock in more than 11 languages for the Hajj season of 1446 AH. With an average response time of 41 seconds, the center addresses inquiries, reports, suggestions, and complaints concerning transportation, accommodation, and catering, ensuring their resolution.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the call center is an integral part of the ministry's service framework, which is committed to continuous development. This commitment includes modernizing the work environment and implementing advanced contact center technologies. The center is staffed with well-trained personnel to provide services to pilgrims throughout their journey, from pre-arrival to their time in the Kingdom, and even post-departure.

The Pilgrims Care Center at 1966 offers services through multiple channels, allowing pilgrims to select the most convenient option: the unified number 1966 within the Kingdom, 920002814 for domestic and international calls, email ([email protected]), and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's social media platforms or the Nusuk application.

Currently supporting six languages, the center aims to enhance communication and assist pilgrims. It utilizes a comprehensive information bank for over 300 common inquiries and monitors reports for referral to relevant authorities.
