Turaif: The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) issued a warning on Saturday of a cold wave affecting Turaif Governorate in Northern Borders Region, with temperatures expected to drop between 0°C and minus 3°C, accompanied by frost formation.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the NCM stated that the cold wave will begin at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday and continue until 7:00 a.m. on the same day.
