Makkah: Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary has visited the Unified Security Operations Center 911 in Makkah Region. He was received by Commander of the National Center for Security Operations Brigadier General Omar bin Aydha Al-Talhi.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the minister toured the center's departments and was briefed on their workflow, which includes the efficient handling of incoming reports and calls, rapid referral to the relevant authorities, and meticulous follow-up. Utilizing the latest unified technical systems, the center ensures that high-quality services are provided to pilgrims around the clock in multiple languages.
The Unified Security Operations Center 911 in Makkah Region serves 16 governorates in addition to the city of Makkah. It consolidates the functions of 47 operations rooms into a single location, operating under the unified emergency number, 911, which receives all emergency calls from various security and service agencies.
