Riyadh: Six talented young players from the Mahd Sports Academy have been selected to join the Saudi U-12 national team for a preparatory camp in the Qassim region from February 20 to March 1, demonstrating the academy's continuing success in nurturing a promising generation of athletes.
According to Saudi Press Agency, this achievement underscores the academy's crucial role in supporting the development of national teams. By focusing on talent identification and player development through the latest training methods, the academy is instrumental in cultivating future stars for Saudi sports.
Mahd Sports Academy Executive Vice President of Sports Mike Puig emphasized that the selection of six academy players for the national team represents a major step toward achieving the academy's vision of creating a generation of athletes capable of representing the Kingdom on the international stage.
He reiterated the academy's commitment to continued efforts in discovering and nurturing exceptional talent across various sports.
