HE Chairman of the Presidential Council of State of Libya, Dr. Mohamed Al Menfi met Monday with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Libya Khaled Mohammed bin Zabin Al Dosari.
They discussed the bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries.
