Riyadh: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Libya's Government of National Unity strongly condemned the drone attacks targeting the East-West pipeline in Riyadh and Madinah regions, which resulted in injuries and material damage, describing them as a flagrant violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry reaffirmed Libya's full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its steadfast support for all measures taken to protect its security, stability, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
The ministry voiced its categorical rejection of assaults on oil infrastructure and energy transport corridors, warning that such hostile actions represent a dangerous escalation that threatens global energy security. It urged the international community to fulfill its responsibilities to counter these attacks and prevent their recurrence to preserve regional and global peace.
