Kuwait Amir congratulates Somalia on nat’l day

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Monday a congratulatory cable to President of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, on occasion of the national day.
