Kuwait Amir congratulates Qatar Amir on 11th anniv. of assuming post

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Monday a cable to Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, congratulating him on the 11th anniversary of assuming post. His Highness the Amir commended the achievement of Qatar during the reign of Sheikh Tamim, saying that the fellow Gulf country had bolstered its status on the regional and international arenas.
