Kuwait Amir congratulates Madagascar on national day

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Madagascar, Andry Rajoelina, on his country's national day.
