Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched a voluntary pediatric general surgery project in Zanzibar, Tanzania, running from September 18 to 27, 2025, with the participation of 10 volunteer specialists from various medical fields. Since the start of the campaign, KSrelief's medical team has examined 13 children and successfully performed nine specialized surgeries.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the project is part of the Kingdom's ongoing humanitarian efforts through KSrelief, which continues to provide voluntary medical services in countries in need, supporting individuals and families with limited income.
