Hadhramaut: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has launched a series of training programs for women and their families in Hadhramaut Governorate, as part of an initiative aimed at reintegrating released women and their families into society.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the project offers a wide range of vocational courses, including food processing, incense and perfume production, hairdressing and beauty, sewing and tailoring, and smartphone repair. All participants also receive specialized entrepreneurship training designed to equip them with the skills needed to manage small businesses independently. A total of 72 women are currently benefiting from the program.
Deputy Governor of Hadhramaut for Technical Affairs Engineer Amin Barziq underscored the importance of these programs, noting that they help enhance beneficiaries' professional capabilities and strengthen their livelihoods. He expressed appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, for the significant support it continues to provide across multiple sectors.
This initiative forms part of the Kingdom's ongoing efforts, through KSrelief, to empower women and uplift vulnerable groups by providing development opportunities that improve living conditions and help build a more sustainable future.
