KSrelief Distributes Nearly 24,000 Bags of Rice to Neediest Families in Somalia

Mogadishu, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) on Monday distributed 23,800 bags of rice on Monday to the needy groups in the Federal Republic of Somalia, benefiting 151,400 individuals, as part of the Zakat Al-Fitr distribution project in Somalia for the year 1445. The project aims to distribute 40,920 bags of rice totaling 818.5 tons, benefiting 245,520 individuals, equivalent to 40,920 families. The food aid comes within the framework of relief efforts provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to alleviate the suffering of the needy and affected people around the world.
