Nangarhar: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) recently distributed 59 food baskets at the Omari Camp, located at the Torkham border crossing in Afghanistan's Nangarhar Province. This effort is aimed at supporting the Afghan returnees who have come back from Pakistan.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the aid benefited 354 Afghan returnees from Pakistan as part of the food-security and emergency project for Afghanistan for 2025-2026. This initiative is part of a larger program aimed at addressing food insecurity and providing emergency aid to vulnerable populations in the region.

The distribution of food baskets is just one of the many relief and humanitarian projects provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief. These projects are designed to alleviate the suffering of those in need around the world, demonstrating the country's ongoing commitment to global humanitarian efforts.
