KSrelief-backed Prosthetics Center in Taiz Serves 674 Beneficiaries in February

Taiz: The Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Yemen's Taiz Governorate provided medical services to 674 beneficiaries who had lost limbs during February 2026, with support from KSrelief.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the project delivered a total of 2,174 services throughout the month. Male beneficiaries made up 60% of those served, while females accounted for 40%. Among the beneficiaries, 13% were displaced persons, and 87% were residents of the area. The center's services included the fitting, measuring, and maintenance of prosthetic limbs, as well as physical therapy and specialized consultations.

The initiative is part of the Kingdom's broader humanitarian efforts, conducted through KSrelief, aimed at bolstering healthcare capacity and alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people.
