Riyadh: Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah met with Regional Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) for the Eastern Mediterranean Dr. Hanan Hassan Balkhy at KSrelief's headquarters.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the meeting, the two sides discussed shared issues related to relief and humanitarian affairs. They also deliberated on the latest developments in the humanitarian situation in the Eastern Mediterranean region.
The discussions included reviewing ways to strengthen cooperation between KSrelief and the WHO in providing health support to vulnerable and affected populations worldwide. Dr. Balkhy acknowledged the medical programs implemented by Saudi Arabia through KSrelief to improve health conditions in countries in need, emphasizing the strategic partnership between KSrelief and the WHO.
