Riyadh: The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL) will hold a closing ceremony tomorrow in Riyadh to honor the winners of the third edition of the Harf competition for non-Arabic-speaking students in Saudi educational institutions. This event is part of the academy's efforts to promote linguistic excellence and enhance the status of the Arabic language across various educational environments.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the final stage of the competition took place today with 70 finalists selected from 1,184 participants representing 52 countries. The competition rounds were supervised by a panel of experts and specialists in Arabic linguistics.
The Harf competition is one of KSGAAL's flagship initiatives, designed to support Arabic language learning among non-native speakers, identify and nurture promising linguistic talent, and encourage deeper engagement with the Arabic language.
By organizing this competition, the academy aims to advance its strategic objectives of supporting Arabic in education and to provide quality pathways and incentive programs for developing language skills among learners, in line with the goals of the Human Capability Development Program.
