Riyadh: The King Salman Global Academy for the Arabic Language (KSGAAL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities on the sidelines of its Fourth Annual International Conference, held today in Riyadh under the theme 'The Global Lexicography Industry: Experiences, Efforts, and Prospects.'
According to Saudi Press Agency, the memorandum aims to enhance cooperation in promoting the Arabic language through scientific and academic projects. These joint initiatives support research and publishing, as well as the broader utilization of the educational and technical resources of both parties. It also aims to enhance the presence of Arabic in academic environments worldwide.
The academy affirmed that this memorandum aligns with its efforts to expand international partnerships, open new avenues for advancing Arabic linguistically and culturally, and contribute to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, thereby strengthening the global status of the Arabic language in research, education, and innovation.
