King Abdulaziz University Trains Arabic Language Experts from 13 Countries

Jeddah: King Abdulaziz University is continuing its implementation of the global Intensive Expert Preparation Program, with the participation of 24 academics and specialists from 13 countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the program, organized by the university's Holy Quran Language Endowment in collaboration with the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL), aims to enhance the professional competencies of Arabic language educators for non-native speakers.

The initiative focuses on improving teaching methods, enriching the educational environment, promoting the exchange of international expertise, and supporting global efforts to advance the Arabic language. It also seeks to strengthen cultural exchange and deepen mutual understanding through language.

Holy Quran Language Endowment Executive Director Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Solami told the Saudi Press Agency that the program serves as a distinctive platform for developing teaching skills, designing instructional materials, and training educators to meet specific educational objectives. It also includes modules on test creation, language assessment, leadership development, and fostering positive community engagement.
