Jeddah: King Abdulaziz University (KAU), represented by its investment arm, Wadi Jeddah Company, held discussions with Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), represented by its Institute of Sport, a global leader in sports education and research.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting was attended by CEO of Wadi Jeddah Company Dr. Sattam Saud Lingawi and a delegation from MMU's Institute of Sport. Discussions focused on exploring collaboration and investment opportunities in the sports sector, including the possibility of launching joint training programs aimed at developing skills to meet the demands of this promising sector.
As KAU's investment arm, Wadi Jeddah Company seeks to strengthen partnerships with leading global institutions to support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which prioritizes sports development as a key investment area to enhance economic and social growth.
