Baku: President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Qasym-Jomart Toqayev met with Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group Dr. Muhammad Al Jasser on Wednesday during the UN Climate Change Conference (COP29) in Baku. The meeting focused on exploring avenues to enhance cooperation in various sectors including climate action, infrastructure development, economic resilience, and sustainable growth. According to Saudi Press Agency, Dr. Muhammad Al Jasser expressed satisfaction with the growing partnership between IsDB and Kazakhstan. He highlighted the significance of the collaboration, referencing 74 high-impact projects and technical assistance programs in Kazakhstan that collectively amount to US$2.8 billion.
