Karami Meets French Senator Cadic to Discuss Educational Cooperation

Beirut: Minister of Education and Higher Education, Rima Karami, received French Senator Olivier Cadic on Sunday. Joining Cadic were Adviser Nadia Shaaya and Deputy Adviser for Cultural and Linguistic Cooperation at the French Embassy in Beirut, Isabelle Picco. Also in attendance was Julien Jalkh, the Minister's Adviser for External Relations.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting centered around the current educational situation in Lebanon and the potential for Lebanese-French collaboration in education. Discussions included the possibility of launching a joint project among schools using French as their primary language of instruction.

Senator Cadic reiterated France's commitment to supporting Lebanon, emphasizing the shared educational values and cultural connections between the two nations.
