Joint GCC Youth Work Camp Concludes in AlUla With Successful Cultural and Social Exchange

AlUla: The Joint GCC Youth Work Camp, hosted by Saudi Arabia in AlUla Governorate and organized by the Ministry of Sport, successfully concluded on February 15, bringing together youth from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Jordan, and Morocco.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the camp contributed to fostering communication, exchanging experiences, and strengthening youth relations among participating countries. Through cultural and social events, sports competitions, interactive workshops, and community initiatives, it empowered youth and developed their skills.

The camp featured a diverse range of activities that combined exploration, learning, and challenge. Participants had the unique opportunity to experience a tour of AlUla Old Town, where they explored the heritage market, learned about traditional handicrafts, and dined among the picturesque mud houses overlooking the palm oasis.

The program also included visits to renowned tourist and natural sites, such as the Sharaan Nature Reserve, Elephant Rock, the Oasis Heritage Trail, and Hegra area.
