Jazan: The Jazan Honey Exhibition, part of the Jazan Festival 2026 in Al-Edabi Governorate, is a key cultural and economic event. It enhances the governorate's status as a tourist destination, attracting visitors from across the Kingdom and highlighting the quality of local honey, solidifying Jazan's reputation as a leading honey-producing region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, since its inception in 1436 AH, the exhibition has aimed to boost tourism, drive economic growth, and educate the public about the region's honey varieties and the significance of beekeeping for environmental conservation.
The event offers activities for all ages, including workshops on beekeeping and competitions for the finest honey. Artistic and cultural performances celebrate Jazan's rich heritage. This year's exhibition features about 60 beekeepers showcasing nearly 10 tons of honey across 15 varieties.
The exhibition offers a comprehensive experience that integrates tourism, entertainment, culture, and the economy, fostering awareness of local products and showcasing the natural beauty of Al-Edabi Governorate.
