Jazan: The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, represented by Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries (JCPDI), recently concluded a five-day marketing tour in the Russian Federation. A delegation led by JCPDI CEO Dr. Hussain Fadhli met with major Russian companies to discuss cooperation and present the city's investment advantages, including advanced infrastructure and incentives.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the tour was deemed successful by Dr. Fadhli, reinforcing the commission's commitment to empowering foreign investors and forging strategic partnerships to enhance economic growth. He highlighted that this effort aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 and strengthens the Kingdom's position as a global industrial and logistics hub.
During the tour, Dr. Fadhli signed a memorandum of understanding with the Business Russia organization to explore investment opportunities in the petrochemical, downstream, and metals sectors. The agreement also includes cooperation in logistics and human capital development.
Additionally, the commission participated in the WorldFood Expo 2025 under the Invest Saudi umbrella. During this event, Dr. Fadhli spoke at a session about the economic potential of the Jazan Special Economic Zone and the role of Jazan Port as a gateway for regional and global trade.
