According to Saudi Press Agency, the assistant operates 24/7 and utilizes artificial intelligence to provide users with reliable technical support and immediate access to university information. This launch is part of the university's broader digital transformation strategy, which adopts cutting-edge technological solutions to enhance service quality, aligned with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
