Mina: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, through its General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness in Hajj, Umrah, and Visitation, has intensified its awareness and guidance efforts in Mina, deploying 17 Islamic awareness booths specifically dedicated to answering pilgrims' inquiries and distributing Dawah publications. These booths are further enhanced by 75 electronic screens broadcasting guidance messages in several languages. Strategically distributed in vital locations, these booths aim to educate pilgrims and instruct them in their rituals according to the approach of moderation and balance derived from the guidance of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet.
According to Saudi Press Agency, a team of qualified preachers and translators, proficient in multiple languages, works around the clock to provide religious fatwas and professionally addresses pilgrims' inquiries with a deep understanding of religious matters.
The ministry has also launched a digital religious awareness service, providing six iPads that facilitate direct video communication with preachers, enabling pilgrims to ask questions and receive immediate guidance. This modern technological initiative facilitates the rapid and reliable delivery of fatwas.
These unique initiatives are integral to an integrated plan of religious advocacy and guidance services implemented by the ministry. They are a manifestation of the Kingdom's noble mission to serve pilgrims, disseminate the concepts of moderation and balance, and present a bright image of Islam that considers people's circumstances and facilitates their religious affairs.
