Madinah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance distributed 415,950 informational books and brochures in Madinah during February as part of its 1447 AH Umrah season operational plan.
According to Saudi Press Agency, these publications were available in multiple languages, including English, French, Persian, Urdu, Bengali, Indonesian, Filipino, Chinese, and Turkish, to reach a diverse international audience.
Distribution was strategically managed at high-traffic locations such as Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport, the Dhu Al-Hulayfah Miqat, and the courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque, as well as several historical mosques, including Quba and Al-Khandaq.
This initiative is part of a broader outreach system aimed at disseminating moderate Islamic knowledge and enhancing the quality of services provided to pilgrims throughout their journey.
