Riyadh: The Institute of Public Administration’s (IPA) Business Center has successfully concluded its leadership for impact program, developed in collaboration with Harvard Business Impact. This initiative aims to enhance the decision-making capabilities of national leaders and prepare them for driving institutional transformations as part of Saudi Vision 2030.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the six-week program, presented by global leadership expert John Antonios, was specifically designed for senior government officials. It employed a blended learning model that combined world-class methodologies with the unique leadership context of the Kingdom. The program’s curriculum emphasized the importance of personal influence and achieving sustainable institutional impact.
