Interior Ministry Warns of Fines, Imprisonment for Aiding Residency, Labor Violators

Riyadh: The Ministry of Interior emphasized that individuals involved in transporting, employing, sheltering, concealing, or assisting violators of residency and labor regulations will face stringent penalties, including a fine of up to SAR100,000, imprisonment for up to six months, and deportation if the offender is an expatriate.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry urged the public to report any violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations. Citizens and residents in the Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions are advised to contact 911, while those in other regions of the Kingdom should call 999 to report such offenses.
