According to Saudi Press Agency, Prince Abdulaziz emphasized that the officer's actions embody the noble values upheld by all security personnel in serving their religion and country. He described the heroic act not merely as the performance of a duty, but as a noble humanitarian gesture reflecting the highest meanings of sacrifice and devotion. This demonstrates the high level of readiness and professional competence applied in handling various emergency situations within the Grand Mosque in Makkah.

The special force for the security of the Grand Mosque responded to an incident in which a person attempted to jump from one of the mosque's upper levels. Officer Al-Ahmad was injured while courageously trying to prevent the individual from hitting the ground. Both the officer and the individual were subsequently transported to the hospital to receive necessary medical care.
