Imam Turki Bin Abdullah Royal Reserve Marks International Day of Plant Health

Rafha, The Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Nature Reserve Development Authority marked yesterday the International Day of Plant Health, observed every year on May 12. This year, it was held under the slogan "Protecting plants, protecting life", and aimed to improve plant health globally, raise people's awareness, and make them take action to maintain the health of plants and protect the environment. Plants have a great role in life, stressed the authority, as they are an essential source of food for humans and animals, and give beauty and richness to the environment, so their health must be maintained and their sustainability ensured.
