Human Resources Minister Presents Second Corporate Social Responsibility Award

Riyadh: Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi presented the second edition of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) award, reaffirming the ministry's commitment to sustainable practices and strengthening the private sector's role in national development. At a ceremony celebrating the event, Al-Rajhi noted that the Kingdom's leadership has prioritized social responsibility, establishing March 23 as Social Responsibility Day and organizing the Global CSR Forum. These initiatives have fostered a culture of institutional giving and enhanced cross-sector partnerships.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the minister reported that 72% of large companies now offer CSR programs, with developmental initiatives and contributions through the National Social Responsibility Platform exceeding SAR5 billion. This demonstrates the private sector's commitment to supporting development and advancing Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
