Winds over the Red Sea are predicted to be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 15-25 km/h in the northern and central parts, and 25-50 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights may vary from half a meter to two and a half meters, leading to a sea state that ranges from calm to choppy.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds are expected to be northwesterly to northeasterly at speeds of 15-40 km/h. Waves are likely to range from one to two meters, maintaining a relatively calm sea state.
