Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah enhances operational performance during the Hajj season through the Command Center in coordination with relevant authorities, within a comprehensive ecosystem that tracks service delivery in real time via interactive dashboards, supporting operational efficiency and strengthening oversight of service quality provided to pilgrims.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry stated that the center has contributed to a qualitative leap in operational indicators through an advanced measurement system covering more than 95 indicators to assess service quality and efficiency, while also monitoring operational status and field developments. It has handled over 2,000 direct intervention cases in coordination with relevant entities within a unified framework aimed at addressing challenges, improving service quality, and placing the pilgrim experience at the forefront of priorities.
The Command Center operates in integration with a broad network of partners, including seven government entities and 25 Hajj companies, by providing the necessary data to support timely decision-making.
It also monitors operational observations and enables specialized teams to address them promptly through follow-up procedures that ensure rapid response, minimize operational challenges, and enhance performance efficiency and readiness across service locations.
